Before coming to Dr. Ashforth I was having severe migraines and back pain for 5 or more years. I was taking two Tylenol and two Motrin Migraine pills along with occasional sinus medications just to get up and then the same dosage latter in the day just to function. When I was at home most days I would come home and go straight to bed, any light or noise would make me nauseous. I could not play with my kids because I was in constant pain. At work it was difficult to concentrate and be productive due to the constant pain in my head and back. Since seeing Dr. Ashforth my life has truly changed for the better. I no longer get migraines or any headaches at all and my back pain is all cleared up too. I now have my life back and the best part is I am living pain free without taking any medications!!!!! For 10 years I have suffered with back pain but for the past two-three years the pain has been very severe. I have had pain in my lower back which made numbness in both my legs and feet. My neck and shoulder pain caused me to have migraines. Just doing every day things like standing or sitting for long periods of time was painful. My headaches made it impossible to have any conversation with my children and friends. I love to bowl and golf but have not been able to for the past two years.
