Julia Fici is our on-staff NC Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and is nationally certified.  Julia received her training at Body Therapy Institute, North Carolina's first and only accredited massage therapy school.  Julia integrates elements of Swedish and Myofacial Deep Tissue massage therapy techniques to create individualized massage sessions.  She believes that your health is also in your hands, and she will suggest stretches and other self care practices to enhance your well-being and sustain the effects of your massage long after you leave the office.
